Review of the Flylite Multibag Wheeled Cabin Holdall

Flylite 1

Do you remember I wrote a post on kids luggage?  Those lovely Skip Hop and GoVinci suitcases?  And of course the ubiquitous Trunki?  Well you’ll also know that I reminded you that however fun, YOU WILL END UP CARRYING IT!

So when I found out about the Flylite Multibag Foldaway Wheeled Cabin Holdall, I was very excited.  Yes, a wheelie cabin bag that also turns into a backpack.  Very useful for those times  when you also end up wheeling the Trunki.

FlyLite is a UK company that have a great lightweight cabin luggage range.  My Multibag weighs a super light 2.3kg and it is designed to meet the cabin baggage requirements of all major airlines.  You can use the zips to create 6 different bag sizes.  Flylite has a guide here on how to do this.

The suitcase is very roomy and also has two securing straps inside.
There is a small pocket in the front for all your passports and kids snacks.  I love that this is a soft case so you feel there’s always more room to squish more things in.
The suitcase feels very sturdy to wheel and the backpack element is genius.  It comes with two backpack straps that you can easily clip in and off you go…

The Multibag retails for £65 in the UK.  Flylite will also mail worldwide.  Email info@flylite.uk.com and check out http://www.flylite.uk.com/default.aspx

Jetlag & Mayhem was sent a Multibag from Flylite.  I was not paid for this review and this opinion is mine all mine!

Now that is such a clever idea – perfect for travelling with kids. I wonder how durable they are?
